Traffic is encrypted in transit, each account’s data is isolated with database-enforced access controls, and sensitive credentials stay server-side. We are honest that no system is perfectly secure. Read our Security approach and how to report a vulnerability.

VectorOS is deterministic-first: it runs on transparent rules, previews changes before writing them, and executes only after you confirm. AI assists but you stay in control. See AI Transparency.

Importing means handing over the material you actually work from. These are the rules that govern it, and each one is a property of how the importer is built rather than a policy we promise to follow.

• Nothing is written until you confirm. Import, capture and natural-language entry all produce proposals you review. Discarding a review writes nothing at all. This is structural — there is no setting that turns it off.
• Your uploaded files are never executed. An archive is read as data: its index is inspected, the text of supported documents is extracted, and nothing inside it is ever run. Files that are not readable documents are listed and skipped with a reason.
• Every record remembers where it came from.A task, contact or opportunity created by an import stays linked to the source document, and the document stays stored, so “where did this come from?” always has an answer.
• Importing the same thing twice does not duplicate it.Files already taken in are skipped, and proposals matching something already in your world are flagged and left unchecked rather than silently created — or silently discarded.
• Workspaces are separate worlds. Tasks, projects, goals, opportunities and meetings belong to the workspace they were created in, and switching workspaces changes both what you see and where new work is filed. Contacts are the deliberate exception: a person is one record across your whole account.
• Degradation is visible, not silent. When an optional model-backed analysis is unavailable, VectorOS falls back to its deterministic reading and marks the review as a basic scan. It does not quietly return a thinner result and present it as the full one.

VectorOS does not guarantee any business outcome. It will not make you money, close a deal, or win back a customer. It organizes work you already have and tells you what appears most worth your attention, with its reasoning shown so you can overrule it.

It does not understand your documents perfectly. That is the reason the review step exists, and the reason uncertain items arrive unchecked with the ambiguity named rather than guessed.

It has no integrations with email, calendar or CRM systems today, and we would rather say so than let the absence be discovered after payment.

We build on established providers so core controls are backed by specialists:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage.
• Vercel — application hosting and delivery.
• Stripe — subscription and payment processing.
• OpenAI — transcription of audio you submit to server-side voice transcription.

Subscriptions are processed by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. VectorOS never receives or stores full payment card numbers. Billing terms are in our Terms of Service.

You own the content you create in VectorOS. We take only the limited licence needed to store, process, display, synchronize, and analyze it — and to generate AI responses — so we can provide the product to you. We never claim ownership of your content, and you can export or delete it. See Your content and licence.
