VectorOS is a personal operating system for your work. It holds your tasks, projects, goals, opportunities, and the people involved in one place, and then tells you what deserves attention next — with the reason it chose that, so you can trust it or overrule it. It is a single web application rather than a collection of tools you have to wire together yourself.

A to-do app stores what you typed and shows it back to you in the order you typed it. A CRM tracks deals but knows nothing about the rest of your week. VectorOS builds one connected picture — tasks, projects, goals, opportunities, meetings and people, and how they relate — and reasons over that picture to decide what is most important right now. The ranking is explainable: every recommendation shows why it is next.

No. VectorOS uses AI where language is genuinely the hard part — reading a messy document and proposing structure — and deterministic rules where trust matters, such as ranking what to do next and writing to your data. That split is the point: a language model asked 'what should I do today?' gives a different answer every time, while your priorities and deadlines do not change between refreshes. Upload a ZIP of your folders, or drop in individual files — text, Markdown, CSV, Word, and text-based PDFs. VectorOS reads them, proposes tasks, projects, goals, opportunities, meetings and contacts it found, and shows you every proposal before anything is saved. You review the list, uncheck what you do not want, edit what needs editing, and confirm. Nothing is written to your world until you press the button.

No. Import, capture and natural-language entry all produce proposals that you review and confirm. This is a deliberate product rule rather than a setting: the review step exists on every path that creates records, and discarding a review performs no writes at all.

Yes. Every record created from an import is linked back to the file it was extracted from, so you can ask of any task, contact or opportunity: which document produced this? Your uploaded files are kept as source artifacts, so the trail does not end at the record.

VectorOS recognises files it has already taken in and skips them, and it checks proposed records against what you already have. Anything that looks like something already in your world is flagged 'already in your world' and left unchecked, with the reason shown. It is never silently discarded — you can still tick it if the two really are different.

Yes. Workspaces are separate worlds: tasks, projects, goals, opportunities and meetings belong to the workspace they were created in, and switching workspaces changes what you see and where new work is filed. People are the exception by design — a contact is one person across your whole account, so you are not maintaining three copies of the same human being.

A 7-day free trial, then $30 USD per month. A card is required to start the trial, and you can cancel at any time during it without being charged. There is no free tier.

No. Beta access is a separate door for selected testers holding a private invite code, and it grants a free beta entitlement. It is not a public free tier and codes are not available on request. If you do not have a code, the paid trial is the way in.

You do. Your account's data belongs to you, it is isolated per account at the database level, and you can delete your account and its contents. The trust centre sets out how information is stored, which processors are involved, and what each one is used for.

No. Your content is not used to train models. The AI transparency page names where AI is used, what is sent when it is, and what stays entirely inside your account.

Not yet. Today you bring work in by uploading files, typing, pasting, or speaking to it. Direct read-only connectors to other tools are planned, and they will follow the same rule as everything else: proposals you review, not silent syncing. We would rather ship one connector that behaves correctly than five that surprise you.

It is built for individuals doing real work, not for administering a large team.

VectorOS is a web application that installs to your phone's home screen and works on a phone-sized screen. There is no separate native app in an app store.
